Do you have TV guide epg (electronic program guide)?

Yes, we have EPG (Electronic Program Guide) coverage for 80% of channels.
If you face any issues with EPG, please let us know. 

I PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT'S NEXT?

Once you place your order, and the payment is confirmed, you will receive 2 emails from us, first one instanly, it contains the invoice, second one shortly, time we prepare everything for you and it contains the login details and the instructions, if you didn’t find it in your inbox check your spam/junk folder.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

you can purchase up to 5 connections within the same subscription, Please pay one connection can be used on multiple devices but you can watch only on one device at the same time.

How Will I Receive My Subscription?

After making a payment you’ll be contacted via Whatsapp and email in less than 3 hours with your login credentials.

Subscription starts to be active from the moment you receive your activation credentials in your e-mail.

SHOULD I USE A VPN WITH YOUR SERVICE?

No, we do not recommend using it unless you know what you are doing as it may ban your account permanently if used wrongly.

You are only allowed to use it if it was advised by the customer service.

What payment methods are available?

We accept PayPal and  Credit or debit Cards, 

MY PAYPAL PAIMENT HAS FAILED, WHY ?

If your paypal account is active, but the payment has failed, it may be a timeout caused by network problems. Please refresh the page and try again, usually it will succeed.

If you still have the same problem, we kindly ask you to click on the whatsapp button in the lower right corner to contact customer service, we will send you a direct invoice via email.

MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAIMENT HAS FAILED, WHY?

There are many reasons for a debit/credit card transaction failure, which may be caused by the website, our bank or by the issuing bank. If you encounter a payment failure, please try the following methods :

1. Double check the card number, validity date and the VCC, then try again.

2. Try another card.

3. Recommend to use paypal, the success rate of paypal is very high.

4. If you don’t have paypal, you can pay with your card, choose paypal as payment methode in the checkout page, then click on debit/credit card and enter the information required.

5. Please click on the whatsapp button in the lower Right corner to contact customer service, we will send you a direct invoice via email.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ?

How do I check my internet speed & quality?

Please use a speed test server below to test your internet connection, do this a few times throughout the day. This will give you a good idea of the overall internet speed available to you. A stable 16 Mbps is the minimum requirement.

IS THERE ANY PHYSICAL INSTALLATION SATELLITE DISH? OR CABLING?

No physical installation is required. After Subscribing, just follow easy setup instructions sent on email.

Configuration Instructions are automatically sent on email or whatsapp with the login details.

AM I SIGNED UP TO A CONTRACT?

No. When you buy your IPTV subscription from us, you are free to use the service for the duration purchased.

If you decide not to renew your subscription or not use our service anymore you are free to do so.

ARE THERE ANY PERFORMANCE ISSUES WHEN USING THE SYSTEM IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES?

There are no Perfomance issues. Our IPTV works worldwide so long as you have an internet connection. If you experience any issue please contact us and we should respond within an hour or less during the working hours.

If some channels are freezing, buffering or not working sometimes?

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or don’t work due to various reasons but it’s not for permanently. Our expert engineers are always working to fix them.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the below reasons: Customer internet fluctuations. The issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general. Your ISP has an issue. Channel is down from the server end. Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance necessary).

 

Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic.

Cause: The most common cause of buffering is the result of a slow internet connection. This may be because of low internet speed or other users hogging the bandwidth in your house.

Do you have lots of users in your home? Disconnect them all and try again. The second reason is that you are using Wi-Fi, which is not suited for watching TV as you need direct (LAN) connection to the internet network in order to enjoy smooth watching without interruptions.

Resolution: Directly connect to your router using a LAN (Ethernet) cable or to a power-line adapter. If not possible, try moving the box closer to the router. Change your WI-FI channel, to avoid interference with nearby devices. If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer.
